Surrender an Animal

CERR is limited in the number of rescues we can take in. If we can not accommodate your animal, we can help you find a new home by posting it on our adoption page.
If you are in need of surrendering your reptile, amphibian, invertebrate, or fish, please fill out the form below to make a listing on this site.
No sick or dying animals; disabled animals are acceptable.
CERR will NOT be taking in these animals. They remain in your care until you find a match for adoption.
Your animal and its information will be posted to the website. Potential adopters will be given your contact information by CERR when they make an adoption inquiry.
Your personal information will never be posted publicly.
There is a $5 fee for listing your animal.
