Vendor Information & Booking

Date and Time: August 16th, 10 AM - 4 PM
Vendors can arrive to set up between 8:30 and 9:00AM.
Must be ready to start at 9:45AM.
Vendor break-down can begin at 4PM.

Location: Riverside Reptiles Education Center
132 South Road, Enfield CT 06082

INDOOR VENDOR STATION

  • You'll be stationed indoors inside of our classroom.

  • RREC provides one 6ft. folding table for you to decorate and set-up as you please.

  • $20 to reserve one table. (Max. two tables per vendor)

OUTDOOR VENDOR STATION

  • You'll be stationed outdoors next to Turtle Terrace.

  • You are allotted space for one 10x10 tent.

  • You must provide your own tent and table(s).

  • $35 to reserve one tent space. (One space per vendor)

There are limited vendor spaces for this event; filling all of them matters to ensure the best experience for our guests. If you register for a space but can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can invite someone from the waiting list.
